Our agreement that allows your researchers to publish open access in Springer hybrid journals free of charge has been reactivated as of January 1, 2025, for its second term.

The fourth webinar of the year will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Updates will be shared regarding journal scope, acceptance criteria, and quota usage.

📣 In order for researchers affiliated with your institution to benefit from this opportunity, institutional announcements play a crucial role.

Springer Nature – TÜBİTAK Open Access Agreement – TRAINING WEBINAR 4

The ‘Transformative Agreement (TA)’ signed between Springer Nature and TÜBİTAK – ULAKBIM has been reactivated as of January 1, 2025.

More than 200 institutions are included in this transformative agreement. This means that eligible authors affiliated with these institutions can publish their articles open access in Springer Nature's hybrid journal portfolio with the publication charges covered. Additionally, researchers from participating institutions will have access to journal content from Springer, Adis, Palgrave, Academic Journals, and Nature portfolios.

About the Webinar

This fourth webinar introducing the TÜBİTAK – ULAKBİM and Springer Transformative Agreement will cover key topics such as: participating institutions, author & article identification, and the steps authors need to follow from submission to approval. Furthermore, in order to support authors in writing their papers, useful tips and tricks on writing a good article will also be included. There will be a Q&A session at the end to address frequently asked questions and clarifications.
